Are you looking to purchase your first New Construction condo?
Condos 101 info sessions are free one-hour seminars that walk you through the purchase process for new condos. You’ll learn about each step from how to choose the best mortgage for you and how to access down payment boost programs to how you’re protected by organizations like Tarion.
Are you interested in more info about Options developments? Floor plans and prices will be available for you to take home at the session.
Condos 101 sessions are not sales events.
Instead, we focus on providing you with the information you’ll need to make the best condo purchasing decision for you – whether with Options or elsewhere. Presented by Options' Director of Sales and Marketing, each session will include guest speakers from BMO, TD Bank, or Meridian Credit Union.

How do I reserve a suite at an Options condo?
You can reserve a suite at a current Options condo by making a $100 Suite Reservation Deposit. Your Deposit allows you to hold a suite of your choice for up to 2 weeks and gives you access to personalized meetings with a Purchase Consultant, the condo documents to review, and the opportunity to have all of yours questions answered before you purchase.
