Our Information Sessions are not high pressure sales events.

No sales take place at these sessions.
Instead, we focus on providing the information you require to take away with you to decide whether you would like to purchase. We use a respectful, low-key approach in selling our homes that will give you the time and information you require to make the right decision.

The Information Session will begin with a presentation explaining the features of the new community. Afterwards you will receive floor plans, pricing information, and will have the opportunity to speak with our Personal Advisors.

By offering free Information Sessions on the weekends, instead of a sales office open 7 days a week, we have reduced the cost of owning a brand new home by over $40,000.
